We are a veteran-owned, family-run heating specialist based in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Since 1994, we have helped residential and commercial property owners plan and maintain high-efficiency comfort systems. Our specially trained technicians provide radiant heating, snow-melt, solar thermal, geothermal, heating-system design, and Viessmann boiler services. We serve customers throughout Rhode Island as well as parts of eastern and southern Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are licensed and insured, and we offer free consultations to help each customer understand the options suited to their property.

Our approach begins with a detailed review of the building, its energy goals, and the comfort expected from the system. For geothermal projects, we consider factors such as available land, soil and rock conditions, existing ductwork, installation space, and the property’s heating and cooling demands. We explain open-loop and closed-loop options, plan underground piping and indoor equipment requirements, and guide customers through the installation process. We also maintain geothermal systems by inspecting loop components, indoor equipment, controls, and overall performance so potential issues can be identified before they become major repairs.

We bring the same careful planning to radiant heating design. Our process can include a heat-loss analysis, tubing layout with supply temperatures, boiler piping diagrams, AutoCAD wiring schematics, project oversight, and on-site consultation with the people involved in the project. We evaluate insulation, flooring, windows, room dimensions, zoning, manifolds, piping, and water temperatures to create a coordinated design. As a Viessmann VIPpro Member, we also provide Viessmann boiler services and a 10-year warranty on Viessmann boilers. Manufacturer warranties and rebates may also be available.
