Adrian Pinney Plumbing & Heating

At Pinney Plumbing & Heating, we have served Peterborough, Swanzey, and communities throughout New Hampshire’s Monadnock region since Adrian and Norma Pinney founded our family-owned operation in 1978. We work with residential and commercial customers, providing plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, and water-treatment services. We are licensed and insured, with Licensed Master Plumber 1061 and Gas Fitters License GF1206579.

Our plumbing services cover everyday fixtures and essential household systems, including toilets, shower valves, vanities, sinks, faucets, icemakers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, valves, drains, dryer vents, gas connections, and appliance re-hookups. We also repair and service Goulds pumps and sump pumps. For hot water, we work with gas, oil, and electric storage systems, as well as instantaneous and add-on systems. Our water-treatment work includes testing, softeners, filters, installation, and service.

For heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, we provide design, installation, service, and repair. Our heating experience includes steam, hot-water, and radiant systems, along with boilers, system cleaning, and conversions. We also work with warm-floor systems and are WIRSBO certified. To help address indoor concerns such as allergies, mold, and dust, we offer filtration and energy-recovery solutions.

In the fall of 2021, we lost our founder, Adrian Pinney—a friend, colleague, husband, and father. Today, we are led by owner Ethan Pinney, with his mother Norma continuing in a supporting role. We remain committed to carrying forward the values and traditions Adrian and Norma built together over more than four decades, preserving that family legacy for future generations.
