Action Plg, Htg & A/C, Inc

At ACTION, we serve residential and commercial customers with plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and indoor air quality services. As a family-owned and operated team, we put customers first and base our work on dependable service, transparency, quality, and integrity. We are licensed and insured to operate in Lincoln and Southeast Nebraska, and we respect each home by cleaning up our work area. Our HVAC technicians are NATE-certified, and our licensed electricians handle services such as electrical panel upgrades, circuit breaker replacements, outlet and switch installations, and electric vehicle charging stations for residential and commercial properties.

Our plumbing experience includes full-service residential and commercial work, service calls, and remodeling projects. We have worked in restaurants, medical facilities, and other buildings with stringent plumbing restrictions. With our own trenching and excavation equipment, we can install or repair sewer and water lines. When a plumbing system requires a custom solution, our team can design and fabricate parts in our shop. Our Grade VI water operators provide annual testing, repairs, and replacements for backflow preventers. We are also Lincoln’s authorized dealer and warranty repair center for residential and commercial AO Smith, State, and Bradford White water heaters.

Our leadership reflects decades of industry experience. CEO Justin Kreifels brings 20 years of experience and has served as local and state president of PHCC and as chairman of the Workforce Leadership Team for the Plumbing Program at SCC. CRO Jordan Kreifels brings more than 18 years of industry experience and expertise in HVAC to his guidance of customers and our internal team. Board member Doug Kreifels has more than 45 years of industry experience, has been named president of the Lincoln Heating Association five times, and has served on the SCC Advisory Board for 20 years. We have held BBB accreditation since 1985 and maintain an A+ rating. For complete system replacements, we provide a standard two-year labor warranty. When you need service, call us at 402-423-6960.
