At Achieve Renewable Energy, LLC, we provide full-service geothermal design, installation, and support. Since 2008, our staff has designed and installed geothermal systems for homes and businesses throughout New England. We are the only geothermal design and installation provider in New England with staff certified by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) as both Certified GeoExchange Designers and Certified Geothermal Inspectors. We work on new construction as well as retrofits of existing buildings, keeping our clients informed and helping them understand what to expect throughout each project.

We use industry-developed methods to calculate a building’s heating and cooling demands. We size ground heat exchangers according to climate-specific design principles and design them to work efficiently with the ground-source heat pumps. Commercial software helps us estimate operating costs and carbon savings for each project, giving our clients useful information when comparing options. We also have staff dedicated to helping clients understand available incentives and rebates. This support includes information about relevant programs, clear invoice formatting, and assistance with forms and certifications.

Our service continues after installation. We service the systems we install, and WaterFurnace provides warranty coverage on its equipment; clients can ask us for details. System performance can be monitored continuously and controlled remotely through the internet. If an issue is detected, we can diagnose it remotely, make remote adjustments when appropriate, or dispatch a service technician to address the problem. We also train clients on their new geothermal systems so they can use and understand them with confidence.

We operate offices in Salem, Massachusetts, and a warehouse facility in Beverly, with convenient highway access to Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Our consulting and inspection services are available nationwide, including technical reviews and documentation for projects where others serve as the primary contractor. We continue to train our staff, assess new technologies, and share information about renewable energy through community presentations and outreach.
