Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We have served Central Ohio since 1977, when Tom White founded Accurate Heating, Cooling & Plumbing after beginning his career with Carrier Corporation. An engineer by degree and training, Tom built our work around a straightforward belief: excellent customer service depends on quality, responsiveness, and value. That principle still guides how we care for our customers, our employees, and the communities we call home.

Our growth has allowed us to bring together experienced teams and broaden the services we provide. Michael Linton joined Tom as a partner in 2011, helping us expand our geographic reach and add plumbing. Over the following years, Humble Heating and Air Conditioning, Clayton Holbrook, Air Concepts, Babb Heating and Air Conditioning, Fox Mechanical, and Hite A/C & Refrigeration became part of our team. These additions strengthened our capabilities in heating, cooling, plumbing, refrigeration, and larger mechanical projects for residential and commercial customers. Our team now brings experience across sales, service, HVAC, plumbing, and both residential and commercial projects.

We remain locally owned and rooted in Christian values, with Tom and Michael continuing to take an active role in our work. We aim to honor God through honest, ethical service, fair pricing, a positive workplace for our employees, and meaningful support for our community. We value relationships that go beyond a single transaction and strive to make every interaction friendly, knowledgeable, and convenient. From our Wilmington location at 363 E. Main St., we serve customers across Central and South Central Ohio. We answer the phone, make scheduling straightforward, offer convenient estimates, and provide free estimates for system replacements. Same-day appointments may be available when scheduling allows. Whether our customers need help with heating, cooling, plumbing, refrigeration, or a property improvement project, we are ready to put our experience to work.
