Our capabilities include commercial plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical systems, medical gas, geothermal, and solid fuel systems. Our pre-construction and design capabilities help establish a practical path from early concepts through construction. We provide conceptual estimating and design, budget development, specification development, design management, progress monitoring, value engineering, and bid document review and preparation. Our modeling capabilities include 2D and 3D AutoCAD work and BIM modeling with Autodesk Revit. We also assist with Fire Marshal review and prepare stamped construction documents. During planning and construction, we manage permitting, material procurement, procurement strategy, long-lead item prioritization, subcontractor procurement, and 3D BIM coordination while remaining mindful of budget and schedule.

Our specialized industry experience includes hospitals and healthcare, colleges and universities, laboratories and medical research, aquaculture, retail, multi-unit housing, industrial facilities, and government projects. Beyond construction, we provide commercial predictive and preventive maintenance, maintenance contracts, and 24/7 emergency maintenance.
