A & L Heating & Air LLC

We’re a family-owned HVAC and plumbing team serving Maryville, Tennessee, and surrounding areas. Established in 2001 and owned and operated by Aaron and Linnea Sweetwood, we’ve built our work around trust, hard work, and personalized care. We answer the phone ourselves, offer honest advice, and treat every customer like a neighbor. For us, keeping a home comfortable is also about helping the people inside it feel safe, cozy, and cared for throughout the year.

We provide heating and air conditioning services for homes and businesses, including furnace and cooling system repairs and maintenance. Our qualified technicians service all makes and models, train regularly, and keep up with current residential HVAC technology and techniques. We also install, maintain, and repair geothermal heat pump systems. Our geothermal work can include evaluating a property for an appropriate ground-loop layout, taking indoor measurements for proper air circulation, updating outdated components, troubleshooting system problems, and performing preventive maintenance. When an underground loop may be leaking, we can use earth-safe dye to help pinpoint the affected area and limit excavation.

Our plumbing services cover repairs, installations, routine maintenance, fixture and pipe replacement, clogged drains, low water pressure, running toilets, frozen pipes, and burst pipes. We provide upfront pricing and arrive in stocked service vehicles. For sewer-line problems, we use real-time camera inspections to assess cracks, clogs, and age-related wear. Depending on what we find, we can provide trenchless options that minimize digging or traditional repairs for more extensive damage. We also offer 24/7 emergency plumbing repairs.

Customers who want ongoing HVAC care can join our Eco Care Maintenance Plan for routine checkups, priority service, and discounts on labor, parts, and repairs. Whether we’re diagnosing a heating or cooling issue, maintaining a geothermal system, or solving a plumbing problem, our goal is to provide knowledgeable service and practical solutions for the people who rely on us.
