A & J Installation

For over 50 years, we have helped residential and light commercial customers keep their heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems working properly. Based at 2 South St in Suffern, we serve Rockland County with new installations, routine service, maintenance, and repairs. We take the responsibility of entering a home or workplace seriously, focusing on skilled workmanship, respectful service, quality, and a positive customer experience.

Our HVAC services include air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, complete system replacements, ductwork, and ductless mini-splits. We also offer home energy analysis and indoor air quality products, including HEPA and media air cleaners, electronic air cleaners, dehumidification systems, and ultraviolet treatment systems. Our technicians work on HVAC equipment from a wide range of brands. When planning a new installation, we survey the existing equipment and consider the property, comfort goals, and budget before recommending a solution. We also provide preventive maintenance to help heating and cooling equipment operate efficiently throughout the year. Financing is available to qualified customers, and we look for available discounts and incentives on new heating and cooling equipment. When urgent heating or cooling problems arise, we offer 24/7 emergency repair service in Rockland County.

We bring the same practical approach to plumbing. Our certified plumbers provide 24/7 emergency plumbing service in Rockland County, along with installation services for new and existing residential and commercial structures. Our work includes sinks, toilets, faucets, hot water tanks, and boilers. Across every service, our people are central to the experience we provide: our technicians are skilled, knowledgeable, highly trained, and committed to treating our customers with respect. We are licensed in Rockland County, New York (License 448), and New Jersey (License 19HC00893500).
