A/C Masters

We started A/C Masters Heating & Air Conditioning in 1999 with one truck and a dream. Founded by local veteran Javier Aguirre, we have grown into a full-service, family-owned and operated team serving thousands of customers across the Virginia Peninsula. Today, Javier’s sons are continuing his legacy of service, quality, and care.

We believe our customers deserve the same attention and consideration we would expect for our own homes and families. That means no pushy sales talk or inflated pricing—just honest service from people who genuinely care. Our trained and certified technicians service all makes and models of residential heating and air conditioning equipment. When equipment needs repair, we inspect and assess the system, explain what we find, and discuss the available repairs with you. We also provide seasonal service to help maintain your equipment and potentially reduce the need for repairs down the line.

When it is time for new equipment, we help you choose options suited to your household’s needs and offer free estimates for new systems. We also provide commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement services. Our team works with systems from manufacturers including Carrier, American Standard, Mitsubishi Electric, and Ruud. In addition to heating and cooling, we provide electrical services across the Virginia Peninsula.

From our hometown of Yorktown, our trucks serve Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, James City County, Gloucester, Mathews County, Williamsburg, and communities throughout the region. As we have grown from a single truck into a full-service team, our purpose has remained the same: putting customers first and providing dependable heating, cooling, and electrical service with genuine care.
