A & L HVAC & Plumbing

Established in 2001, we are a local, family-owned HVAC and plumbing team serving Maryville and surrounding areas. We’re owned and operated by Aaron and Linnea Sweetwood, and our work is grounded in trust, hard work, and personalized care. We answer the phone ourselves, offer honest advice, and treat our customers like neighbors. Our goal is to help families keep their homes safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the year.

We install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses, and we service all makes and models. Our trained technicians regularly keep up with developments in residential HVAC technology and techniques. We also provide geothermal heat pump installation, maintenance, and repair in Friendsville. We assess each property to determine an appropriate vertical or horizontal ground-loop configuration, take measurements inside the home, and inspect components such as electrical connections, refrigerant levels, heat exchangers, blowers, filters, and air ducts. If an underground loop develops a leak, we can use earth-safe dye to help pinpoint its location and limit excavation. We also offer 24/7 emergency geothermal repair service.

Our plumbing services range from routine maintenance and troubleshooting to repairs and new installations. We clear clogged drains, repair leaks and running toilets, address low water pressure, replace old pipes, and install upgraded fixtures, dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, tankless water heaters, and walk-in showers. For sewer-line problems, we use real-time camera inspections to evaluate cracks, clogs, and age-related wear, with both trenchless and traditional repair options available. Our licensed plumbers arrive in stocked company vans, provide upfront pricing, and offer 24/7 emergency help for problems such as frozen or burst pipes. We also offer an Eco Care Maintenance Plan with routine HVAC checkups, priority service, and exclusive discounts. To talk with us or request service, call 865-856-8797.
